How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders for in-stock items are shipped same day when ordering before Midday Sydney time on a weekday.  Or next business day for orders placed after Midday.

 

If an item in my cart says it will be backordered, will you ship in-stock items straight away?

Generally, no however if there is an extended delay on your backorder you may request the remainder of your order to be shipped. Please contact us to arrange.

 

I have a coupon code. How do I use it?

Simply add your items to the cart as normal. Once on the cart page click ‘Apply Discount Code’ and enter your code here. 

 

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept instant payment via VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Paypal, ZipPay and Afterpay.

We can also except payment via EFT however this will slow the order process down as we cannot ship your order until payment has cleared into our account. Please allow an additional 2-4 business days after making payment for dispatch.

 

How much is delivery?

We offer flat rate shipping depending on your state. Click here for pricing.

 

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary according to your location.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Smeaton Grange NSW (We NEVER drop ship).

We ship via Australia post. Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email to track your parcel through Australia post.

If you live within the Sydney Metro area, you will also be offered Express post. 

 

Can I pickup?

Yes. We are located in Smeaton Grange (Narellan) NSW 2567. Opening ours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. (Closed public holidays)

If your state is NSW in your shipping address, you will have the option for Pickup. If this is selected, you will receive ca Text message once your order is picked and ready to go.

 

How safe is your delivery service?

We ship all orders SIGNATURE REQUIRED. This means that Auspost will not leave your parcel unattended, however Australia Post now sends Text messages to customers allowing you to opt for ‘Safe Drop’. We DO NOT recommend opting for this service. By doing this, you authorise the delivery driver to leave your parcel on your property if you are not home. If you do opt for this we cannot be held responsible for missing / damaged parcels once it has been determined delivered by Australia post.

 

How do you prevent damage in transit?

We understand that many of our customers are avid collectors. Due to this we aim to ensure even the packaging of your product arrives in top condition. Not just what’s inside. We use bubble wrap and various other void fills to ensure your items arrive safe.

We have special thicker than normal boxes that we use for individual Pop! Vinyls and our DOA rate is extremely low.

 

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

If you do experience damage in transit, we ask that you send a photo of the damaged item to us for assessment. Once received we will organise replacements / refunds as necessary.
