After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details.

Orders are generally shipped within 1 business day. If a delay is expected we will attempt to contact you via phone or email.

Refund & Returns Policy

 

Due to the nature of our goods, returns can only be accepted on unused items still in their original packaging unless delivered faulty.

To request a return, please email us at help@liltreasures.com.au within 30 days of receiving goods. Upon approving a return request we will provide information on how to return items (dependant on item type and location).

All products must be returned in their original condition. For change of mind returns, postage costs are to be paid by the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

 

Product availability

 

While we aim to provide accurate stock information at all times, on occasion quantities can be incorrect due to breakages, supply errors and other warehousing factors. When an item listed as in stock cannot be shipped, you will be provided with available options via email. 

While such errors are rare, we reserve the right to cancel orders due to incorrect stock or pricing information. In these circumstances full refunds will be provided.
